LCI Industries is a NYSE listed global and leading supplier of a broad array of highly engineered components for the leading original equipment manufacturers in the recreation and transportation product markets. Polyplastic Group supplies acrylic windows and door products to the caravan industry and attributes a portion of its sales to the European supermarket, trailer and e-mobility industries.
This transaction is expected to close in January 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
